STEP 01 / 07

  1. Consultation / Requirements

    We review your target markets, the model you prefer (rent or source code), expected volumes, channels, languages and the responsibilities you want us to cover.

  2. Compliance & Licensing

    The licensing route and company setup are arranged through our compliance partners. You can operate under the included Anjouan licence or another licence at your request.

  3. Platform Setup

    We configure the platform, website design, CMS, localisation, game providers and cashier, and prepare onboarding and training for your team.

  4. Payments / KYC

    Your payment providers are integrated, typically 2 to 3 weeks each depending on the third party, and KYC workflows are set up according to your approved procedures.

  5. Customer Support & Retention

    The support team is trained on your product, policies and escalation paths. VIP care and retention workflows are prepared for go-live.

  6. Traffic / Affiliate Acquisition

    The built-in affiliate system is configured, and traffic and affiliate acquisition is supported through our partner network.

  7. Launch & Ongoing Operations

    Go-live on the platform is planned about 4 months from signing. After launch we keep running, customising and supporting the operation, with reporting agreed for your KPIs.
