This Policy applies to visitors, prospective clients and users of the Website. It does not apply to end-player data that BetSup processes on behalf of our operator clients under a separate Data Processing Agreement — see "A Note on Player Data" below.

1. Who We Are

Betsup is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this Policy. Betsup operates globally; this Policy, and any queries or disputes arising from it, are governed by the laws of Malta (see Section 12).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate requests for services
  • Prepare proposals, scoping calls and service plans
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis (e.g. under the GDPR), we rely on:

  • Consent — where you have opted in (e.g. certain cookies, marketing communications)
  • Legitimate interests — operating and improving the Website, responding to business inquiries, and preventing misuse

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, generally for 24 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business need (e.g. contract records, legal claims).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. A Note on Player Data

BetSup provides outsourced player support, KYC and related operations on behalf of iGaming operator clients. Any player/end-user personal data processed in the course of delivering those services is handled strictly under the instructions of, and pursuant to a Data Processing Agreement with, the relevant operator client — not under this Website Privacy Policy. Player-related privacy inquiries should be directed to the operator brand you interacted with.

11. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Website.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Website or by other reasonable means.
